there is only one way to lose weight, ( I was also

a coach for many years, before I learned better). That is to do Push-Backs.
You know, where you Push-back from the table and then go and do some Reasonable exercise. No Pain-No Gain is just so much Horse Hocky. Get into a rhythm and routine that works for you to lose Aprox. 1-2 lbs per week--make it something you enjoy, or better yet, make it several things you enjoy and switch from one to the other--less boring and more healthful using different muscles and muscle groups.
