Talking Vitamins & Minerals & Treadmill

Just wondering who does what.

I take a one a Day Weight Smart and a Capful of Miracle 2000(GNC store) once a day.

Also walking at least 1.5-2 miles daily on a treadmill. Lost 20 pound since being hit with the news last month. Trying to stay on a very low carb diet, sure miss my Beer & Pasta....

Hope everyone is having a great day! I have been told right now with Type 2 try and make it one day at a time and it gets easier as you learn what to expect with your BS levels...

Type 1 Pumper, also taking 500-mg Metformin twice a day.
Women's Multi Vitamin
Cinnamon Capsules
250-mg Magnesium twice a day
Low-Carb Diet
I walk 3 to 3-1/2 miles mostly every night with a neighbor, but when the weather is bad, I walk the treadmill.

Linda...........I have an ab lounger and was gung-ho with it when I first got it. It's now collecting dust! LOL I really liked it but was finding it was causing my cannulas to bend and I'd have to change my site sooner than 3 days. Maybe I'll pull it back out, dust it off, and try again.

T2, use the treadmill 3 times wk when weather is not good and do about 30 min. It has different programs so will do those. Use weights 2 times week, do yoga stretches daily....this was my normal routing before diagnosis.

take 750mg metformin ER (long lasting), fish oil, aspirin, multivitamin, chrominum picolate, biotin, garlic, and now added to my collection Pravastatin since cholesterol is now borderline...The vitamins and minerals was doing before.....
