Smile So, a funny little thing

O.K. So, here is the situation.

I'm in a female co-workers cubicle. I'm showing her what's under my shirt and pants (my infusion set) and she gasps in surprise and yells "Aaahhh, it's sooo SMALL".

Now, I laugh my head off and say, "now, that's NOT what you say to a man when he shows you wha't underneath his clothes", and she finally gets the implication of what she just said and turns bright red...

Maybe you had to be there, but it was funny, and it was about diabetes (pump/infusion set relate) and I thought I'd share because I'm still laughing at it....LOL

OMG Injecto, ROTFLMAO!!!! Thank you for that!!!

That's too funny....Personally, I can't think of any funny work/pump situations I've been in, but I can think of others. Want me to share?

LOL...Ok. It may be another case of "you had to be there," but here goes:

I was assembling computer boards and had to wear those goofy finger cots (insert thoughts of what they look like here, lol ).

A friend who I'd recently met was my "trainee" for the day. His finger cots kept rolling up off his thumbs, so I asked if he needed help. He said yes, so I proceeded to roll the finger cots back on. Without missing a beat, he turns to me & says, "I take it you have experience with this sort of thing?" We both laughed so hard we turned beet red. We became great friends after that little mishap!
