Question Question about diabetes related gangrene

Hi
My father is a diabetic and has already had one leg amputated above the knee a year ago. Right now he is suffering from gangrene on his other remaining foot. Two toes that were infected with gangrene have recently been removed.

I came across a website ! which claims to have a gangrene reversing formula so that amputation can be prevented.
Anyone knows if this is worth a shot or if they know for a fact that it works?
Thanks

Once gangrene sets in it's usually only a matter of hours before blood poisoning sets in. No time for cremes, supplements or exercise to prevent the necessity to remove the gangrene. Keeping bg's in control and exercise will help circulation which is your best bet in preventing diabetic gangrene.
