LOL Rikki. I musta missed that one. I can't believe she ruled in favor of the idiot that bought the phones. When I buy stuff on ebay I read EVERY line and read it 10 times over. I'll have to go watch the video in a few now.

Thank you! I've enjoyed watching it... especially when Judge Judy said 'Judgement for the plaintiff for the amount of $5,000'

Loads of scammers! As if someone would pay $400 + for PICTURES of a cell phone................... It's disgusting to even try.

We bidded and won the aunction on Ebay for a car a while ago. The price didn't go up as much as the seller thought it would so... he said sorry the car has been sold prior to the auction. He was banned from eBay but I'm sure he's scamming elsewhere.

That's one reason I don't like eBay anymore. I was one of the oroginal eBay users and still beat my head everyday for not buying stock back then.

The problem is too many people abuse good faith these days. Ebay is 100% set up that you can post an auction and put the minimum price you want. If it doesn't meet that price, you don't sell. I use to heavily sell on ebay, but after being scammed a few times by buyers, I quit as well.

FYI....One scam for me was the buyer said he didn't recieve the product at all. I checked UPS and it said it was delivered to his house. I called UPS and managed to get a copy of the signature when he signed and it matched the one on the check that was sent to me. He was BUSTED and reported to ebay.

We had to get rid of lots of things before our big move back to the homeland and eBay I must admit was of great help. We were SO lucky to come across honest people. But in light of what happened to our car bidding... no more eBay for us. That's it. I know lots of people who were extremely fond of eBay, only swore by it... but no more.
