Got my latest microalbumin results! GOOD!

When I got bad results from my last microalbumin test I was
shocked and suprised since I am taking care of myself, and kidney disease does not run the family. My readings were:
microalbumin: 126ug
Creatine/Microalbumin ratio:60
The numbers actually kept me up at night. I read on the net that
there are many contributors to elevating the results to this sensitive test. So I stopped working out as hard for two weeks, no running up and down the stairway outside at work (good workout) no weight training. I still ate high protein low carb because I really don't have a choice. Anyway here's my results
from the sample taken June 2nd:
microalbumin:31 -> not too worried, must be due to the high protein diet.
microalbumin/creatine ratio: 27 (on the high end of normal)
Better, much better.
