| The oddest thing about this article is the way it's patched together. For ten paragraphs it correlates the leg to height ratio to GDM. Then the eleventh paragraph jumps to programming in intrauterine development causing different desease later in life, in the first sentence. However the second and last sentence takes another leap to the conclusion that risk for type 2 is an acquired condition, and since it is acquired it maybe preventable. So while the leg to height ratio is interesting the article on a scale of 1 to 10 rates almost a 1.:smartass:
