I'm with Jenny and Shy, I think this is just a wake-up call for you and it's great that you realize that you need to work on improving things. That's the first step, the next one is making a realistic plan for yourself. Also, I would suggest not trying to change things too fast or too extremely, when changes are made like that they don't tend to work. Working with your doctor and a nutritionist can help you get on the right track, along with making exercise a priority in your life. These things are so important for your health.
And please don't think that we would beat you for this, we are your support system and we are here for you. Besides, I'm sure you have beat yourself up already anyway, which is natural...lol
