| | | Just so you know the Dexcom Seven was just approved by the FDA which is a seven day sensor. Granted, the sensor is $60 vs. $35 for a three day, if one can get 2 weeks out of a single sensor they will save alot of money. Also, the seven is alot more accurate thant he previous one and includes many features (waterproof) that the original one didn't have.

Also, the old sensor could be used ad nauseum basically, so this one won't *really* last any longer. I guess the new upgrade costs $150 for current customers (you can't just start using the new sensors), and has a tendency to throw out readings. |

You can go the full week without having to do anything to the sensor. Quote:
