| | Nightmares Recently I have been having nightmares at night. Sometimes I wake scared to death. I am not used to remembering my dreams but I remember these for days. I haven't been doing anything different and my bs numbers have been lower. If anyone has nightmares would you share with me. Mine are always about my daughters X mother in law.Her X husband and MY Mother. |

| | | Sorry Lynne, nightmares can be so unsettling! I seem to have them if I am having alot of stress, and they will make no sense at all. Lately they all seem to be about my insulin, I cannot find it, or am out and cannot find a drugstore open so I can get some.

| | | Mine usually consist of going into a test, often a final exam, that I haven't studied for or being in a car that is stuck in reverse and the brakes don't work. Now the one where I'm in the hottub with a half-dozen Playmates, that's one I wouldn't mind having a little bit more often, like every day. In fact, I sort of wish I could stay there for an extended period of time.

Say you'll share with
me one
love, one lifetime . . .
Lead me, save me
from my solitude . . .
Say you want me
with you ,
here beside you . . .
Anywhere you go
let me go to . . .
Christine,
that's all I ask of . . .

| | | Have you started taking anything new? Several years ago I started taking a new med for neuropathy. One of the side effects listed for this drug was night terrors. I slept great but I had to stop because I would wake screaming. |

| | | I have to be careful of what I watch on tv or read before going to bed or I will have nightmares. I have really strange, vivid dreams anyway, and the nightmares can be horrible.

| | | Just before I went onto Insulin I had the sort of dreams that would have had Stephen King leaping out of bed screaming. It all seemed to settle down as soon as I started Insulin so I figured it had something to do with the missing hormones.

| | | I find I get them when I feel out of control. Maybe there's some big issue you don't have a handle on. |

| | | Maybe you're in love? "I Think I Love You"
(As recorded by the Partridge Family/Bell)
TONY ROMEO
I was sleeping and right in the middle of a good dream Like all at once I wake up from something that keeps knocking at my brain
Before I go insane I hold my pillow to my head
And spring up in my bed screaming out the words I dread
I think I love you
This morning I woke up with this feeling
I didn't know how to deal with and so I just decided to myself
I'd hide it to myself and never talk about it
And did not go and shout it when you walked into the room
I think I love you
I think I love you so what am I so afraid of
I'm afraid that I'm not sure of a love there is no cure for
I think I love you isn't that what life is made of
Though it worries me to say that I never felt this way
I don't know what I'm up against
I don't know what it's all about
I got so much to think about
Hey, I think I love you so what am I so afraid of
I'm afraid that I'm not sure of a love there is no cure for
I think I love you isn't that what life is made of
Though it worries me to say I never felt this way
Believe me you really don't have to worry
I only wanna make you happy and if you say "hey go away" I will
But I think better still I'd better stay around and love you
Do you think I have a case let me ask you to your face
Do you think you love me?
I think I love you
I think I love you
(I think I love you)
I think I love you
(I think I love you)
I think I love you
(I think I love you)
I think I love you
(I think I love you). |

| | I get them, but normally they are work stress induced. Most center around work related issues.
I don't have Stephen King type nightmares... not yet anyways

| | | I never remember dreams. I had one nightmare about a month ago that woke me up and wasn't going to let me go back to sleep. Someone was breaking into my house(in the dream). It was so real, I could hear the dogs barking and I was leaning on the door and could feel the vibration of the person pounding on the door. I woke up real quick. Checked my bs, normal. The other one was just the other night and I was covered in bruises from the infusion sets, I laughed in the dream because it was so bizarre. Didn't wake up from that one, but did remember it in the morning.
Hope the bad dreams end for you soon.
