Wax Strips

I brought some wax strips today and when I got back home I read on the back of the box and it says

DO NOT USE
- within 2 hours of bathing, showering or sunbathing
- on broken, inflamed orirritated skin
- on varicose veins, moles, scares, warts or sunburnt skin
- if elderly or diabetic

How come diabetics cant use them

I am not sure what the wax strips are for, but I am assuming hair removal. Anything that can break the skin or irritate the skin will have a diabetic warning. They have to include diabetics because of neuropathy. If you can't feel that you are damaging the skin, then infection can follow. Call it a lawyer paragraph.
