Interesting find Ash.

A few months ago I came across a similar article about how high BG's can have an effect on short-term memory in Type 1's, and normalizing BG's can reverse this. Of course I think I threw the darn thing out

I believe this affects T1 also. Jack had high bg for many many years and his memory is now terrible, beyond just forgetfulness. I'm anxious to see if it improves now that he is on the pump and pretty much under control.

Keeping my fingers crossed.....

I think it possibly has to do with the fact that when you are really high you can't concentrate properly cos you are so bussy thinking about being thirst or whatever else.
