On the BG front, I'm still a bit confused. We checked him yesterday, and it was 165....of course, that was after he ate, but still seems a bit high to me. Prior to that, it was 114. It seems to be staying in the 100s, but I'd like to check him more often throughout the day & maybe do more "experiments" (like feeding him ice cream, then checking to see how high his BG goes). We did one with cake & his BG only went to 140 that day. Talk about confusing!

If you really want to experiment, let him borrow the guardian. Now that would be interesting. |

I don't know if they've checked his A1C this time, but I told him to ask. If he didn't, I'll make sure he has them set it up for this next round (I didn't go with him last week). It's better to be safe in a circumstance like this.
