Here's mine. I guess my "art form" of choice would be amateur photography.

Night Singers.

Water color and ink. The edges ended up cropped because it didn't fit on my scanner.

Do you ever wonder about birds that sing at night?

What perfect timing for this thread! I just finished my latest mosaic piece two weeks ago. It's my biggest, most complicated piece yet (and part of the reason I haven't been around much in the last 2 months!). Since I've been doing mosaics (in the last year or so), I've kept to small pieces like mirrors, address numbers, wall panels, gazing balls. I made this mannequin for my employer's art exhibit, but didn't win - too many other cool crafty pieces to compete against!

WHOAH!!! Man you have gotten effin good Jen!! That is incredble. The table you did wasn't as complex but it's still my fav from what I have seen.

What are you going going to do with the mannequin?? You could totally get stores to buy them imho.

Thanks Bethany and Brian. This project was a giant PITA because I had 5 weeks to complete it and ran into many problems towards the end... needless to say I was happy to drop it off and was even happier at the prospect of someone buying it and taking it off my hands. (Supplies didn't cost too much, but the time/difficulty involved puts it well over $1000 - problem is, I really don't see a market in Utah, lol! we'll see...). Now that I've recovered from the experience, I don't hate it anymore and I'm not sure I could part with it. I'm quite sure I'll never make another one, for fun anyway.
