| | Low Carb Day I've decided that today I'm low carbing it.
So, for Breakfast I had a Coffee and Bagel (65g)
courtesy of Tim Hortons.
Now, for lunch (which I just finished), an A&W Teen
Burger (45g) and Fries (50g).
Perhaps I'll have a chocolate bar for desert, we'll
see.
As for dinner, I don't know what my wife has planned, but
it had better have pasta and rice in it or there will
be **** to pay...
One thing I can guarantee, I'm finishing that last bit
of Pumpkin pie in the fridge.
Today I've had it...

| | | Yeah...I had a "low fat" day here...Fried Shrimp and the best hushpuppies I've ever owned! I think there was sugar in the hushpuppy batter!
I passed on the fries and cole slaw...thought that was hysterical that I was saving calories! (I probably cut carbs and calories in half by passing on the other sides...) Still, I hardly ever eat anything fried...boy was it good...hoping BlueSky's fat theory was working for me at lunch today!
I took a 5 unit Humalog bolus...let's see how I did...it's hard to guestimate on fried batter foods. That's why I rarely eat them...oh, boy were they good! |

Well, I skipped the chocolate bar....
I had fresh baked goods instead (thank the lovely ladies at work who were baking for a wedding shower)...I love shower leftover goodies at work....
I guessed another 65 carbs for the baked goods I ate.
That's 225 carbs so far (not including what's in my cream in the coffees) on my low carb day.
