Carbquik

Does anybody have used Carbquik flour before? It sounds like a great product. Just want to know the experiences of people who have already used it in terms of BG spike.

Thanks.

I haven't but I've wanted to try it. I didn't know you could still buy it.

I've tried it and had problems getting it to rise. I'm more sucessful using it in a half and half mix with regular bisquick or flour for pancakes.

I bought a five pound bag of Carbquik and tried several recipes from their web site. They all tasted nasty. I think it's the texture of the stuff that I really dislike.
