Free Contour Test Strips

Hi, I have an overage of Ascensia Contour test strips. I'm willing to give out one box of 50 per PM request.

I have tried to get my supplier to reduce the amount they ship me but they refuse to lower it without a form from my doctor. They don't want to take money off the table, obviously !!

Anyway, I couldn't possibly use this many by their exp. date (currently in between 7/2009 to 9/2009). I could also part with lancets and a couple batteries, too.

All I ask is:

Only PM for a request if you have the means to send a self-addressed mailing envelope at your own expense. That being said, I'll give you my mailing address (I live in Pennsylvania) if you can swing the freight. I'm a nice guy but certainly not a rich man, sorry. It's still a decent value for the couple bucks you put into it. To be honest, I don't even know what 50 strips sell for these days.

I want no money and this is no scam. I ask for NO personal information. It will be you writing your own address on the envelope - no names needed, I think. I'm just a diabetic trying to help out other diabetics. I'm not unloading these on Ebay and that's why I'm limiting these to 50 per request (only one request per address, too). I'm not feeding just one person the whole lot so they can sell these. I could have done that myself, if I were that indignant. I'd rather not.

Apologies to the Mods if this violates wrong area to post in or if this simply isn't allowed. I've seen similar people give test strips away on here before. Delete/move/whatever.

That's kind of you! I have a few testers, but I always use my Freestyle Mini

You are very kind. Could you donate to a church or something that could see that a truly needy person gets testing supplies. You could also check with your doctor to see if he know of someone who needs help with supplies. I know it must be scary to not have enough money to take care of yourself.

I'd just like to point out that I have an ascencisa and use similar strips but on my strips it says NOT for use in the US or Canada.

So I'm assuming your American and giving them to fellow Americans and if you are just remember not to give them to people from Europe as it will be wasting everyones time !!!

This member has not logged on since March 19th. My guess is he either gave all of the strips away, or has moved on.
