Numbness/Tingling

Ok... so I am sure that we all get the same question at the Dr...

Any numbness or tingling?

I have noticed my right arm having that "fallen asleep" feeling more lately, at night. I sleep on my right side...

Is this the "numbness or tingling" the Dr. asks about, in reference to nerve damage... any thoughts?
