I just wonder if the responses from this forum have an inherent bias, since many of the members are very highly motivated individuals striving to continually improve their control. In other words I don't think the members here represent the average person with diabetes.

Probably the best way to do it is to camp out in the reception area of a diabetes clinic and ask patients to fill out the form. Or maybe you could get a CDE and/or endocrinologist to work with you on it - the questionaire is short enough.

that is a great point. the conclussions of the study might head in that direction. We'll see. I will be glad to share my results with this forum since it has been so helpful.
