| | | Arcnao, the survey was short and painless. Do you have a hypothesis that you are attempting to prove? Is so, is it something you can share with us?

I have answered many surveys and to tell you the truth, after 5 minutes, they become kind of annoying.
I will be glad to send and share the results and conclussions of my study, hypothesis and research questions included, once the study is done. if you want the whole thing, make sure you send an email requesting it to diabetesselfesteemstudy@gmail.com
thanks for participating

| | just to let you all know that last night i received some messages from some of you indicating that the survey did not appear to be available. There was a server internal error at questionpro.com, but it has been fixed this morning. Please, make sure you click again and take the survey, if you wish, and sorry about that.
I appreciate it.

| | | There is/was an excellent endo in Dallas by the name of Dr. David Feinstein. Back in the 80's (yes, I know...) his office was in Medical City on Forest Lane. I highly recommend him for advice on reaching more MDI's...I disagree with the idea brought up earlier that pumpers are more advanced in managing their diabetes. The only difference in pumping is how the basal is administered. The bolus factor is basically the same as MDI. The differences are in the technology...not the focus of care. There is a place for both pumping and MDI...I don't see one as more superior than the other.
Not to start a debate, but I just had to address the earlier "slant" on pumpers in relation to this survey. Good luck...and try to hang out with Dr. Feinstein...no relation, just an "old patient" who saw him many years ago when he was fresh into his practice...and felt he was one of the best endo's I've ever encountered...and I've seen a few, trust me! |
