| | | SELF-ESTEEM AND DIABETES/doctoral dissertation/Adults with diabetes needed My name is Jesus Aranda (type 1 since 1986-insulin pump), doctoral student in clinical psychology at Argosy University in Dallas. I am conducting a survey as part of my dissertation project as a graduate student of psychology. The survey takes less than 4 minutes to complete. The purpose of this study is to investigate whether a person's self-esteem is related to how well he or she is controlling their blood sugar. Also,
this study will compare the self-esteem of individuals using multiple injections and insulin pumps.
If you are 18 and older, have diabetes, and wish to participate, please click on the link provided below. I THANK YOU very much for your participation.
You also can send an email to diabetesselfesteemstudy@gmail.com if you want to know the results and conclusions of this study.
this is the link to the survey Survey Diabetes/SelfEsteem The posting of this survey has been approved by Tony.

| | This is the best i could find
An Englishman, a Scotsman and an Irishman are driving through the desert when their car breaks down. So they have to get out.
The Englishman takes a bottle of wine with him, the Scotsman takes an umbrella and the Irishman takes a car door.
On the way they meet this old man. He says to the Englishman "I know why you've got the wine so you can have a drink when your thirsty", He says to the Scotsman "I know why you've got the umbrella to keep the sun off you", "but" he says to the Irishman "Why have you got the car door?" and the Irishman replies "If I get hot I can wind the window down!" |

| | Well I'm English, currently in Wales as I type, I work for Americans and my favourite food is that made by Indians.... probably no joke in there although I'm sure someone will try. Anyway, another form filled in and good luck with the research.
The only thing wrong with your survey is there was no button that said 'I think I'm fabulous'. Which, for the most part, I do |
