Alkaline neutralises acid. Drinking alkaline water and eating alkaline food helps rid acid accumulated in the body.
well it's right about one thing....

alkaline will neutralise acids - actually the 2 react to form a salt, but anyway now for the real stuff...

most of the water from drinking is absorbed in the small and large intestine, after it has passed through the stomach....

the stomach is an extremely acidic environment - in humans the pH is typically between 1 and 2. So....

your alkaline water with a paltry pH of 8.3 (i.e. very mildly alkaline) will enter the stomach, where the the pH might rise by a tiny little bit for a few minutes.

is nonsense. Or to be rather more scientific it would be considered biologically implausible.
