I guess the main ones on the Australian market are:

NovoPen 4 (Cartridges) *not available in Aus*
NovoPen 3 (Cartridges)
Humapen Luxura (Cartridges) & Humapen Memoir (Cartridges with Memory)
Autopen24 (Cartridges)

Solostar (Prefill Lantus & Apidra)
Flexpen (Novo Nordisk prefill insulins)
KwikPen (Humalog prefill)

These are the ones that i currently know of. Of course there will be more!

Haha no problems In my experience from being around the world congresses and newly developing things with diabetes, there isn't much more than this from what i've seen. I'll see if i can find any more mainstream pens.

I think that will be most of them though, i just recalled the pens people use with all the mainstream insulins and listed them there

Glad to help out!

There's also a pen for Humalog called Humalog Ergo. It's a reusable pen... I've never tried it, but i know it exists
I'm a fan of Novonordisk hehe

When the cartridge is empty you throw the whole thing away. They are not refillable.
