Got my a1c back today

I went to the doctors I guess I should say tonight My appointment was at 7:15 PM. First let me set the table. My last a1c taken three months ago was 7.4 and my weight was 174.
drum roll

The envelope please and the results are!

A1C = 6.1
weight = 164

The only negative was that the doctor put on blood pressure medicine. I will say that I was not surprised you try driving through Philadelphia everyday

Boss Ross "I'll be a son of a B if I go to your funeral, Ty."

No need to drive. Do what I do- take the R3. No stress, just napping.
