    Changes color with the sugar in your tears?

    Gotta wonder how tear sugar relates to blood sugar? I suspect it's no better and likely worse than the intesitial fluid sugar that makes the current continuous glucose monitors inaccurate when blood sugars are changing quickly.

    Not sure I'd care to go back to guestimating my BS based on colors either.

    A neat concept but the colour thing would mean those around you know more about your changing BG levels than you do. What if there is no handy mirror around? Maybe they could embed a little digital readout like in the Terminator movies

    They have them... they're powered by the heat from your eyes and the sun... little LEDs in your eyes. and yes I'm a technophile.
