A Patch for Insulin Delivery May Be Option for Diabetics

Interesting article and concept. I think I'd still prefer my pump however.

This is a great idea - I've heard about it before.

Even if it were only used for basal insulin that would save me two shots a day . Sounds like they've got some kinks to work out so I doubt we'll be seeing it available anytime soon.

Thanks for posting it!

Seems spooky. I wouldn't want to try it I'll stick to my pump or my cute little pens

Once again, I really wish they'd stop wasting money on delivery systems and instead spend it on working on a cure. This is yet another total waste of time along with the inhaler.

When are people going to realise that injections are the easy part and it's the day-to-day living aspect that is the bit we need help with?

Oh, yeah, they'll realise that when it makes money.

They've been arround for very long and no one has found a good way to replace them yet and they never will...

Have anyone heard how it went with the insulin-cell transplantation to the liver?
