Over the years, symptoms of low blood sugar can definitely change. I used to sweat, but it's very rare these days. I've had tingling in my lips, extreme bursts of energy, crazy dreams, but I've never been hungry - never. Just thinking of food when I'm low makes me nauseous. It's actually a good thing, because I don't often overtreat a low. I drink OJ or have glucose tablets. However, several years ago, I'd have a sugar feast of anything I could get my hands on. Then I'd end up in the 300s . . . at least.
We are all different in our low symptoms, but there are some, like sweating and shaking that are most common.
