| | I like diet pepsi or iced tea. Which brings on a question--I heard caffeine was bad for diabetics. I have only recently started drinking any caffeinated drink. I love water but it gives me a little feeling of freedom (not to mention variety) to drink tea or diet Pepsi. I could go on about that but will leave it at that.
Is caffeine BAD for people with diabetes? Or am I just bad?

| | | nah, researchers say that the tea most Americans drink has been processed to the point of removing any such possible benefits. But it still beats carbonation!

(jk) You know I'm evil-minded and had to get ya on that one! I like Diet Coke, too. I usually only drink it at the movies, though, as I "ODed" on it one time and got wayyy sick! I now usually drink bottled water, iced tea, or often, coffee....
