Morning Lows sometimes

I have recently started working out in the evenings for 30 mins at Curves. Evenings meaning around 4-6pm. I think that working out has caused me to have lows in the mornings before I wake up. I recently changed my basal rate so I wouldn't have lows in the AM but that was before I started working out.
Is it possible for the work out to effect me like a whole 12hours later???
For example I went to bed w/ a 180 blood sugar and when I was asleep around 9am I felt low so I drank some juicie. That raised it up to 156.

Should I have a tempary basal rate when I excersie?? Right now my basal rate is Midnight 1.10u
7am 1.0u
Noon 1.10u

That means it read from Midnight to 7am I get 1.10 units.
From 7am to Noon I get 1.0 units.
From Noon to Midnight I get 1.10 units.

Yes, exercise can definitely have an effect on your BGLs hours later. The problem is that it's hard to predict what that effect will always be.
Is this a one-time event so far or has this happened often when you exercise?
Is it fairly consistent?
What happens when you don't exercise?
Have you checked your BGL half-way thru the night?
How long after exercising was that 180 before bed?
From what you've said so far, it looks like you may need to lower your rate from midnight-7am or 7am-9am after you exercise, but I'd like the above questions answered before putting money on it.

If you have a hard workout, you know one when you wake up and your muscles hurt, it can definitely have a great affect on your BG. The reason is the same reason why your muscles hurt the next morning (sorry, I forget why that reason is, but I know it's the same reason.) So it can definitely affect you 12 hours later.
