I've heard of this....but come on, how could this work long-term? We all want a "quick and easy" way to lose weight (myself included!), but really there are no quick fixes...if so, all these weight loss places would eventually go out of business, as we'd all be the "perfect size."

Unfortunately, the only real way to lose weight is to expend more calories than you take in....eat less, exercise more. Amazing how difficult that can be though. Diet mindset has never worked for me, as that makes it sound "temporary." Its making those permanent lifestyle changes that really keeps the weight off...and thats something that is difficult for many of us to do.

They use the term "cookie" to hook you. It's not a cookie you'll find at the bakery.
You can successfully lose weight on a million diets if you stick with them. That's always the problem. Besides, as a type 2, losing weight slowly, consistently, is a better way to go than quickly dropping weight and trying to maintain it.
