| Thank's John for the post .It really inspired me.Since I took my pension and diagnosed Parkinson (got problem to walk and move ) in 2005 at my pension y weight was 185 lbs now i'm at 280lb maybe more I know a lot of my recent problems are due to my weight gain in 1993 when diagnosed diabetic type II went from 190lbs to 165lbs .Now I really have problems losing weight My doctor & endo are all after me .I stop going to see the
dietetician .Before I saw the post .I was sitting at the computer and realizing that I'm so big and with the parkinson i'm stiff so For me and anibody else Fat is not good .Plus my control is out of control .High ,low up & down
