Great idea for a thread! It would be really helpful if the nutritional list was included.

Pork rinds...no carbs...no sugar..all yummy ('specially with a side of mustard to dip them in).

My big thing lately has been a serving of Breyers Carb Smart ice cream (10g carbs per 1/2 cup serving) with a spoon full of Peter Pan No Sugar Added Peanut Butter (4g carbs per serving).

YMMV! But, I've found that it has very little effect on my sugar.

How does the rest of your digestion system like the Breyers, used to go thru me like a goose on a water diet.

I've only known about my D for a few weeks, and it's still surprising to me how little I "go" compared to how much I used to.

So if it's giving me any problems, I can't tell.

Oh, thanks for the reminder! I always loved those things but haven't thought of them for years.

Also forgot about the pumpkin seeds. We use to bake up a cookie sheet or two every fall when the girls carved Jack-o-Lanterns, been a while.
