| | Great idea for a thread! It would be really helpful if the nutritional list was included.
Pork rinds...no carbs...no sugar..all yummy ('specially with a side of mustard to dip them in).

| | | My big thing lately has been a serving of Breyers Carb Smart ice cream (10g carbs per 1/2 cup serving) with a spoon full of Peter Pan No Sugar Added Peanut Butter (4g carbs per serving).
YMMV! But, I've found that it has very little effect on my sugar.

| | I've only known about my D for a few weeks, and it's still surprising to me how little I "go" compared to how much I used to.
So if it's giving me any problems, I can't tell.
