| | | I brown bag to work with some type of salad with oil and vinegar dressing, my meat course(home made meatballs, chicken, roast beef, or a pork chop,etc) and nuts for dessert. Flavored seltzer water to wash it down.

| | | I usually have a sandwich on wheat bread, and then some kind of fruit. (I tend to go for apples and bananas.) I sometimes will have a salad or other vegetables with it, though, like baby carrots or something.

Then I had 1.5 cups French Moroccan Tomato Lentil soup and 20 ounces of water with 1 Tbsp muscadine grape skin powder.
