Well, I "banned" scales in our home years ago!

I do plan to still buy a Physician's Balanced Beam scale, but not until after my re-check appointment on April 1st.
No, I haven't increased my distance but I can tell I am much more able to do it without feeling like I'm going to drop dead halfway around!

Unfortunately my "new" walking buddy (Husky) pulls on his lead and has given me a bad back strain. I had a sleepless night on Saturday due to terrible back spasms all night long. It's always something!
I'm not going to let that stop me though, and I did print off a good stretching workout from online that I plan to tryout soon as well!
