
Alright, a progress report. Started diet on March 24th, went on vacation to Walt Disney World for a week this month and misbehaved a little on my diet while I was there; but, I honestly think all the walking made up for some. I say this because after weighing myself this morning I am down 9.75 lbs!!

I am very happy with myself.

Other than the extra walking I have not significantly increased my exercise, but cutting the lunches to half their previous amounts seems to be very effective for me.
