| | WHoops there goes another 4lbs!! Hi everyone
Just wanted to brag a little...I had my doctors appointment this morning and was eager to see how much weight I had lost. So far it has been 16lbs in just over a month. My doc had said to expect the weight loss to slow down after the initial loss, so I wasn't expecting much. But I have lost another 4lbs I am so happy because it was unexpected and it makes it 20lbs so far!!! I have been exercising hard and watching every morsel I eat...so here comes NEW SHOES SATURDAY!!! |

| | Congrats! Sounds like you're doing very well, just keep it going.
Be careful buying new shoes. If you're planning to lose a lot of weight your shoe size might go down. Mine did.

| | GREAT JOB!!! You go girl! I love shoes too but it's been years since I wore high heels. I am looking forward to the days when I have small ankles and shapely legs again! It will still be quite a bit more pounds to lose but I WILL get there!

| | Ok so here are the shoes I bought today.!.I am a shoe-aholic, but I know there are people out there, who won't understand (i.e most guys )
I just love them and they are really comfortable despite the heels...oh how I love reaping the rewards of dieting | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
