| | | I love Pilates! Especially the intense abdominal one! The great thing about Pilates is that it doesn't leave you feeling drained afterward.

| Would that be Pilates of the Caribbean?
I loved that Ride at Disneyland--think it was an E- ticket but well worth it.

| | | Jenny, my wife took pilates for about a year and constantly tried to get me to do moves in the evening after I had been working all day!
That was before the self defense class that she took. Then she wanted me to be her attacker so she could slam me to the floor! LOL |

| | Ahem, er. . .statdeac,
What you and your wife do in the privacy of your own home is none of our business. Please limit the comments on your 'attacker/victim' games. This is an open forum afterall. |

| | | I think we should leave the definition of Pilates in Stat's hands...get an idea of the moves his wife was teaching him...

| | Well, uh...OK, Shy...
To tell you the truth it involved a lot of slow, controlled movements that were mainly focused on what is known in Pilates terms as "the core" of the body.
The was a certain tenseness of moving in such a slow, deliberate fashion...but Jim and the twins were definitely not involved in any way! LOL
If you really want to know more about Pilates, KC, here's a link to check out. What is Pilates? |
