| Yesterday was a complete free weight circuit of training. I work every major muscle group then I follow it up with 30 mins of cardio on the eliptical.
Today it will be 40-60 mins of cardio only.
Been doing this for a few months and I feel much better. I've gained muscle mass and lost body fat.
