| | Hi johnny.
Sounds like you've got a great exercise regime to me. Good for you
I probably average an hour and a half of planned exercise daily. My work out of choice is Pilates, which I do in the mornings. At least twice a week I like to do some Kickboxing to add some high intensity cardio. And in the evenings I walk my dog for about an hour and a half (although lately I haven't been doing this as often due to a telephone bug ).
I have been playing around with the idea of jogging in the mornings, but I have a history of shin splints.
Not only is exercise great for BG's, relieving stress, maintaining/losing weight, gaining muscle, and energizing a person, it also works wonders on one's sex drive! :p

| | | I generally exercise about an hour a day usually at the gym on the treadmill or using an eliptical machine. I'd like to find more time to exercise but either I am too tired or just don't feel like it or just don't have any time to. I know it really helps me relieve tension and stress and it also helps my blood sugar. |

| | | Good to see that your are all so enthusiastic about exercise!
I walk for 25 minutes every day. I miss doing it on weekends if I am active doing other things. The important thing is to keep the metabolic rate elevated permanently by doing some exercise every day.
Cheers,

| | I use the treadmill 20 minutes a day and fast dance 20
minutes a day, 5 days a week. My Hubbie and I or Daughter
walk around the block usually twice a week. My joints some-
times hate me for it. Oh Hubbie and I usually go motorcycling
twice a week also, weather permiting.

| | " motorcycling ain't excersize"
Sure it is Johnny!! It gets my blood rushing, my heart
pumping, I'm screaming at the top of my lungs while I'm
pounding on Hubbie's back cuz he's driving like a maniac just
to get me going. Driving on a 'cycle while holding an umbrella. Interesting concept....nah that would look stupid. We do have
the helmets and rainsuits. We don't usually drive it in the rain.
LOL. I know you were talking about walking...there are always
at least 3 or 4 nice days or evenings to take a walk.
