Thumbs up First day of exercise

This morning was my first exercise class at the YMCA. It was an aqua-arthritis class. It felt good to get my muscles moving and the water was soothing. It was no impact, which is perfect for me because I am still very over-weight. But I have lost 10 lbs. in the past two months with diet alone. The next class is on Thursday. Next month I can join the T'ai Chi class. Then I'll be exercising at least 4 days per week.

Congratulations!!! You are well on your way to feeling better, and being healthier!!! The pounds lost are excellent as well ... keep up the good work! Remember, baby steps are so important in getting started! I am still considered a "baby stepper" compared to many exercisers here but that's "ok" because it's working for me!

edit: Susan, your profile says you are "male". I am assuming you are "female"? Forgive me if I am wrong!

Always assuming that you don't wish to take John's advice, look on the right side of this page where it says Site Navigation, click on User Control Panel, then click on the Edit Profile option. Hope this helps
