| Morning Shift With a busy schedule this afternoon and a definite warming trend, we decided to move our daily tandem ride to post-breakfast. This happens every year, but usually later in the season as afternoon riding gets hot.
Being the first morning ride we found that as we got into the last miles of our 22 mile route we started to feel the energy levels going down. Following the ride we were famished so out came the PB and some low-carb bread.
Now we shift our eating to accomodate a morning ride. That means a larger breakfast, a later lunch and a small snack in the evening.
It is time to celebrate Spring once again.
