I was on Hydroxycut when it first came out and it worked, but I couldn't sleep. Most fat burners make you so wired and moody. I lost a lot of weight because the hydroxycut kept me so wired I would workout 2 to 3 times a day. I got off ofit after about 9 months because I never slept and my family couldn't handle the mood swings. I ended up gaining all the weight back and then some. I know everybody reacts different to meds I just thought I would share what I went through.
