| | | What music do you work out to? For those of you who work out to music, what kind of music do you use? What are some of your favourite workout songs?
I have 173 songs on my workout playlist, of a variety of genres, but my favourite genre is rock. My favourite songs, the ones that really get me moving, are:
The Trews - Tired of Waiting
U2 - Zoo Station
Delirious - My Glorious
Sam Roberts - Hard Road
Jimmy Barnes and INXS - Good Times
Van Halen - Panama
Reef - Place Your Hands
Kid Rock - Cowboy

| | | Funnily enough, German death metal. I wouldn't listen to it normally but there's something about someone growling at you in German over dirty guitars that makes me want to keep on running. |

| | | I haven't used my ipod nano for working out in awhile...I tend to acciddently leave it on pause and it dies. LOL!
Let me check my Itunes....
I listen to just about any and everything...so we'll see what pops up in my current workout folder.
I got 2 workout playlists going on.
Avril Lavigne (her new cd is best)
Britney Spears (a lot of her songs are dancey and upbeat)
Christina Aguilera (a few of her songs work)
Gwen Stefani
Joss Stone
Kelly Clarkson
No Doubt
Pink
The Pussycat Dolls
Shakira
silverchair(my fav band ever)
Justin Timberlake
I guess that set is mostly POP music except silverchair is ROCK.
Heres the other list....
More of the same except.
t.A.T.u
Colbie Cailat (not really up beat but it was new cd)
Blink 182
The Crystal Method(techno)
