LOL... What time was it when you were walking by? Beer 30. Same thing when I go get my tea. They have all these big muffins. Boy they are good. I have been good lately too. I haven't had one of those muffins in a long time. Uhhh maybe I should have one today.

I was just in San Diego, and they didn't get me a rental car so I had to walk about 12 blocks each way from the hotel to work. It was great excercise, except they put all these restaurants and bars along the way to distract me, so I don't think it did any good.

How did you know? It was beer 30! I strongly recommend Henneseys in the gas lamp district if you are ever in San Diego. Good drinks, good food, nice Irish pub! Hooters was good too. I wanted to take the trolley to Tijauna, but I ran out of time. Maybe when I go back in May I will get a chance.

Well, I had no Idea. I was joking. I meant it to be the time of day. Like any time is beer time.

Maybe if we saw a picture of those abs Gina, it would help motivate us to excercise more

Come on Gina, lets see the bathing suit pics!

Statdeac, you are right. Beer is high in carbs. I prefer Jack Daniels anyway. It makes my tummy all warm inside!
