Are there any proven ways to build muscles?

Building muscle takes so long! I train a lot and hard but it takes forever, it seems I just can’t do it. Please tell me, are there any proven ways to build muscles? Please reply I am waiting for your replies.

I've found protein supplements work well. Eating before and after you work out and don't overdo the cardio.

I think something odd is going on. Look at these prior 2 threads:

What is the best way to get out of this skinny looks?
What is the best way to stop being skinny?

In those threads, both threadstarters said the exact same thing:

Hi friends, I am very weak looking in my physical appearance. I have tried a lot to make my body get a good built up; including a healthy diet plan and tough work out sessions, but did not get any satisfactory results in my body physique. Does anyone know, what is the best way to get out of this skinny looks?
Here we got the same setup, a new person starting a thread in this forum and asking a similar style of question. Eventually we'll probably see some sort of spam post advertising some product guaranteed to build muscle.

I agree with Scratch. Looks way too targeted.

The big lady stopped. Then she ran. She ran hard. The little boy had no chance, no ****ing chance at all. But the train beat her. The boy became part of the infrastructure of the remodelled suburban landscape, with a nice accent of pinkish peach.

But his Fairy Godmother wouldn't give up. Myra was a touch old witch. She did Fairy Godmothering on the side to help pay for her real childersn's education at the Fairy GodMothers' Juvenile Adventure Mart (FGJAM).

Then Bill came along with an AK47 and blew everyone away.

good sir i will say it once i will say it again. you dont get big in the gym. you get big in the kitchen and when you catch zzz's if your looking you add muscle you need to add weight and when your looking to add weight you need to eat and if you think your already eating alot your wrong. make sure your getting good sleep honest good sleep as for a good suppliment i would recommend. ZMA (zink, magnesium, aspartate). it is a natural testostrone sleeping aide.

Good catch Scratch! All three threads had the same advertisement posted later by a different named poster. All have been banned, but am leaving the threads. FYI none of the six had the same exact IP, however they all come from the same dynamic host.

When I was in shape a while back until my wreck, I took EAS supplements. The bottom line is it will cost you but I think the benefits far out weigh the price. It's really just up to you and how bad you want to do this.

I took Myoplex Plus, Betagen, Phosphagen HP, Creatine, Taraxaton and BCAA'S. One of the keys to building new muscle is to have plenty of rest at least 8 hours so that your muscles will grow and drink plenty of water.

Also don't over train in one area, you'll be defeating the purpose. Make a program that you can go by like cardio in the morning and weights in the evening etc...

Train the lower body one day and upper the next, that way the worked section will have time to rest and begin to grow while you work the other areas. Trys, bys, lats, glutes, legs, arms, chest, shoulders etc. You may want to make a schedule.

You may want to consider a manual also, I bought one many years ago and still have today the Arnold encyclopedia of body building when he was Mr. Olympia

It's a huge manual with different exercises and ways to train with weights for building regular muscle and also to get ripped and put size on.

All kind of pictures that demonstrate diffrerent techniques on how to put on the mass. It's been out a long time and I think it's still the best around. However, there are plenty more manuals around to you can chose from.

Depending on your age and weight to, thats a determining factor also. I once worked out with a kid that weighed 120lbs and wanted to bulk up to 200 lbs, so you can imagine that took some time.

He became a meat and potatoes man overnight, loads of protein and complex carbs. But if you are diabetic that will hamper things with the carbs. If you do shop for supplements though, don't go to GNC or the mall stores. You will get ripped off and pay double or triple what other places are.

I have bought EAS Myoplex for $29.95 a box online, you won't get that at GNC for that price. You may also want to look at
Bodybuilding.com - The Future Of Bodybuilding! Huge Bodybuilding Site or Tim Belknap | IFBB Pro Bodybuilder - Bodybuilding muscle show pro contest winner: AAU, IFBB and NABBA.

Tim Belknap is probaly the most popular body builder that is diabetic. He won lots of contests back when he competed. I am sure you can search his name and all kind of stuff will come up.

Hope that helps in a small way. BTW, I noticed on your bar it states you're banned. I hope I did'nt just put a useless post up. Geezz.

Okay your forgiven. Changed the links and made them bold and underlined. C&P them into google should get them there.
