| How about... a skipping rope? And very good for cardio vascular! I'll do that and then run up and down the stairs 10 times. Good workout.
Got myself this great book 'The Ten Minute Workout' when recovering from a prolapsed disc. It really helped me get back in shape. Also helped me strenghten my right leg, which was half the size of the other one due to being bedridden for almost 2 months. The book is about £6.99. Easy stuff you do at home, you don't need any fancy stuff.
