quick 30minute-a-day excerise tips

besides walking to school now(which i plan on doing tomorrow and everyday that I dont wake up late and have to rush - its about a 30-40minute walk to school up hill)..i am wanting to do more...but i cant afford a gym pass/i hate gyms. anyone have any tips on what excerises i can do at home for 30minutes a day? i've started doing situps every night before bed, and it is starting to help a bit..but that doesnt help my thighs or my arms.

How about... a skipping rope? And very good for cardio vascular! I'll do that and then run up and down the stairs 10 times. Good workout.

Got myself this great book 'The Ten Minute Workout' when recovering from a prolapsed disc. It really helped me get back in shape. Also helped me strenghten my right leg, which was half the size of the other one due to being bedridden for almost 2 months. The book is about £6.99. Easy stuff you do at home, you don't need any fancy stuff.

Walking is great you know...

Take care!

How about... skipping a rope?
Yup, skip a rope, skip walking, skip running, skip about anything I can
