| | The Swiss ball is pretty cool. There are some workout programs built totally around using it. I had packed mine away sometime last year, but brought it out over the weekend and pumped it back up. My wife and I have both read a number of articles lately that featured the ball and thought it might nice to give it another try.
I'll agree with docta, pumping it up was an exercise routine itself. Of course our one-year-old, Ian, was a great help with that. Of course once the ball was up to size, he knew he had a new toy!

| | Hi Travis: Ya, I'm sure your 1 yr. old Ian, was a Great help in pumping up the Ball. I'm sure he is more helpful in playing with it(what a Kodak moment,
my purple ball would be about the height of a 1 yr. old). LOL.
Ya it's Good and has many Great exercises that can be implemented with the Ball. It has filled in some of my missing good weather exercise I had to cut out due to cold weather.

Yes, you are right RZR, any chance for exercise is Good.
Again, yes indeed the world is full of inappropriate responses, but unfortunately we never know when those are. I do admire your lack of outright bolting, although the induendoes(sp) are still there. Sorry, I was low on sugar at the time as I was when I spoke to Harold(sorry Harold for the up-
low case problem). That's not me. No prob RZR.

P.S. My Hypo's have been a Big Problem with me lately. Please bear with me.
Thanks. |
