Help me get into shape!
Im 18, 6 ft ~ 95kgs, My blood sugers are generally higher rather than lower.
My diet is rather sparatic. As are my sleeping times, I have a combination of day and night shifts.
I have been running/jogging/ walking 2-3km twice weekly on my days off, sometimes Ill do it after a night shift to tire myself out.
I have seen some improvements but overly not alot.
I have cut out all soft drinks and stick to water, The occasional fruit juice.
I haven't had man low's while excercising but normally about 2 hours after my levels will come down and rest at the acceptable range. sometimes a bit too low.
I would like to bulk up but at the moment I can't afford a gym membership so crunches and running it is.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you're 6 foot and 95 kgs which is approximately 210 lbs, I don't think you have to worry so much about bulking up. But getting stronger, faster and fitter are always good goals and you can do a lot without any need of weights or a gym even.
Push ups and pull ups will do a lot to build upper body strength. The pull ups will only need some place where you can pull yourself up. Push ups can be done anywhere.
For good ideas of training methods, I'd suggest you take the time to read through the sites and forums at Crossfit and Ross Training.

You'll need to look at/be clearer about your diet. It's generally not possible to lose weight purely from exercise alone, and if you're looking to tone up, you'll need to do free weights and resistance rather than just cardio.

well the bulk of me is fat, i have some what mascular arms mainly due to my job requiring lifting heavy creates (up to 20kg) from above my head off the ground and from tight spots!)
and some very well built legs from spending my lunch times aimlessly wandering aroud school and walking to and from school and hiking etc.
thanks for the links, I will look through them!

I have somewhat addressed my diet or been trying to it can be hard at times. i have cut the majourity of junk food out of my diet with only the very rare snack.
I have been eating heaps more fruit than ever before, in place of junk food.
I would like to tone up but i think the first thing is too loose a bit of weight and build up my stamina.
