Morning before breakfast is a great time for me because of insulin resistance during that time I never go low. However, it is rare that I do exercise in the mornings because I have to go to work. *sigh* Evenings are tricky with the BGs. I always have to load up on a few carbs (10-15g) before I start and every thirty minutes thereafter....

Within a half hour of eating lunch works best for me-no lunch bolus. I stay within range during and after exercising, usually. I'm too low in the mornings, even after breakfast I go low too easily. Evening doesn't work for me either because I go low during the night then.

I'm with Dixie here. I would love to be able to go in the mornings and get my workout in everyday, but with work it's not often I can do this.

I believe that as long as you are getting the exercise in, you are doing ok
