Needing exercise tape recommendations please? :)

I have been doing a walking program (daily) for the past few months, however there are some days where the weather isn't too pleasant. I'm getting a little tired of getting soaked.

Does anyone have any exercise tape recommendations for me please? something I could use on the rainy days? I need something fairly gentle as I have severe arthritis in my feet, knees and hips.

PS....can't afford a gym at this time and no room for a treadmill.

tvbabe, why don't you give pilates a try. You can find videos or cd's at most librarys and grocery stores. Pilates are all stretching excercizes but don't let that fool you....they give you a work out. I thaught how hard could it be and was sweating up a storm by the time it was done. It deals with stretching different parts of your body in certain order. I really enjoyed it. Maybe that will help.

Pilates is truly awesome. If you want a bit more of a wkout, you can try some Tae-Bo. I have them. If your interested I have them, PM me and I can make you one (DVD) if you'd like.

I have the Leslie Samson tapes, Walking Away the Pounds. I bought the set with 1,2 and 3 miles from an infomercial then bought the 4 miles seperate from Walmart.
I also have a salsa video that is good, and the Winsor Pilates (and a treadmill and a lateral thigh master....).
I actually use them all. I rotate to keep from getting bored with the same thing.
